COMING IN OCTOBER 2010! Sunset Plaza Beach Resort & Spa will be a five-star resort just 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the magic and charm of downtown Puerto Vallarta. The new Shell Vacations Club resort will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury condominiums. The first phase will consist of 52 units and we anticipate readiness for SVC travelers in October 2010.
 
This first phase will include a restaurant, partial completion of the spa, a lobby bar, snack-restaurant-pool bar, two infinity pools, a kids’ club, parking, tennis court, Jacuzzis, deli and a business travel center with complimentary Wi-Fi access.
 
When fully completed, it is anticipated the Sunset Plaza Beach Resort & Spa will consist of three towers with their own lobby and check-in entrance, separate from Plaza Pelicanos. There will be a total of 157 luxury condominiums, two additional restaurants, a full European spa, a fully-equipped health club and an indoor pool.
