The username & password fields are case-sensitive, i.e. use upper-case or lower-case above depending on how you first created your username and password. Hint: If you are having problems logging in, check the current CAPS LOCK setting on your keyboard.
You must enter the membership number EXACTLY as it is shown on your contract or purchase agreement. Check to see there are no extra spaces, extra numbers or letters. The SVC membership number is a 12 character number such as: AZAZ00000000 or HIHI00000000
First and Last Name must be the primary person listed on your contract or purchase agreement (buyer 1). Please check to see how the above information was entered.
Zip Code and/or Postal Code must match what Shell Vacations Club has in their database.

| You may keep the same username to register as both a Shell Vacations owner and SVC member. Register as either a member or an owner and once you are finished with the registration process, you can click the "My Account" link in the top right of the screen to make changes to your account. |
